I defined the user experience strategy for the EA Network that unified fragmented accounts across the company. Origin was the first account management tool for EA but many consumers found it confusing and perceived it as a separate company. The goal for this project was to create a more intuitive account creation and management system that consolidated all of EA's products.
A persistent EA Account button is now on all digital products and enables users to easily create and manage their EA account regardless of the device or game they are using.
